Free Virtual Creative Writing Workshops for Kids in Grades 4-8 Across Canada
Every Saturday through the end of January, children can join a free, weekly virtual writing workshop by The Ripple Foundation to build their writing skills through themed, interactive and engaging sessions. These virtual, hour-long sessions are an effective way for kids to learn from creative writing experts, building skills while gaining experience to enter the free creative writing content.
Free Virtual Creative Writing Workshops for Kids in Grades 4-8 Across Canada
These interactive workshops are designed to help kids boost storytelling skills, spark creativity, and build writing confidence. Participants are also encouraged to enter the Kids Write 4 Kids contest — it’s free to enter and open to young writers across Canada. Proceeds from the winning story are given to a charity of the child’s choice, an impactful way to give back through words created.

Live online class via Zoom for kids ages 8-14 available Canadawide
Virtual workshops take place every Saturday (excluding long weekends) from 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm for 1 hour.
Lesson plans developed by an educator with over 20 years of teaching experience.
