Santa’s Breakfast is Back for 2026, and Tickets Are On Sale Now

Festival of Trees Santa’s Breakfast 2026: Know Before You Go

If you’re picking just one breakfast with Santa this season, make it this one. The University Hospital Foundation’s Festival of Trees Santa’s Breakfast returns to the Edmonton Convention Centre on Sunday, November 29.

This is the only family event in the Festival of Trees lineup, so it’s also your kids’ chance to see the famous decorated trees up close, and get some face time with the big guy himself.

Breakfast with Santa in Edmonton at the Festival of Trees

Santa’s Breakfast pops up 9 a.m. to noon, over two halls at the Edmonton Convention Centre (9797 Jasper Avenue). Volvo Cars Edmonton is presenting this year. It’s a super flexible morning, where you can arrive anytime in the three-hour window.

Your ticket includes a buffet breakfast and the morning’s activities. Kids can take part in crafts, games, a bouncy castle, a letters-to-Santa station, and milk and cookies. Then there’s the main event: a visit and photo with Santa in his Den. If you’re planning a holiday card, it’s the perfect time to grab a photo!

Tickets are $55 for adults, $30 for kids ages 2 to 12, and free for babies under 2. Buy them ahead of time. There are no tickets at the door, seating is limited, and this event has sold out in past years. Our tip? If you’re coming with grandparents or another family, buy everyone’s tickets together.

This is Your Holiday Tradition That Gives Back

The charitable part of your ticket goes to the University Hospital Foundation. This year’s Festival of Trees supports care for the brain, the heart, and the systems they rely on, from research to new treatments to patient care. The Festival started in 1985 and has raised more than $25 million, including $2.8 million last year alone.
