This October, Edmonton is getting a little more out of this world. Galactic Atmosphere, a space-themed light art festival, is landing at Churchill Square from October 16 to 25, and it's completely free for the whole family.

Presented by Cloud Nine Group in partnership with the City of Edmonton, the installation transforms downtown into a glowing cosmos, with larger-than-life illuminated planets and orbs blending art, science, and community under the night sky. It's the kind of immersive, walk-through experience that makes for great photos and even better memories.
