Meet the fuzziest locals north of the city. Aurora Alpacas throws the gate open for Alberta Open Farm Days: get up close with the herd, handle fibre shorn this past spring, watch spinning and weaving demos, and shop yarn and alpaca goods straight from the source. It's a free event for the whole family, and el Mero Mero taco truck rolls in on Sunday only. Leave the dog at home — pets aren't allowed on the farm. Come say hi to the herd.
