Concordia University of Edmonton is inviting the community to help light up its campuses along Ada Boulevard for the holiday season.

The afternoon starts at the main campus in the Tegler Student Centre with kids’ crafts, live music, hot chocolate and a stop from the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan. As dusk falls, everyone gathers out front for the tree lighting.

From there, carollers lead the way down the boulevard to Magrath Campus, where a choir performance and sing-along set the scene for the lighting of the historic mansion. More hot chocolate helps keep everyone warm, and some activities are outdoors, so dress for the weather.

Donations for CUE Cupboard, the university’s student food bank, are welcome. RSVPs are requested.
