This free family Halloween event is packed with fun for all ages. Enter to win a pre-carved pumpkin, get a free airbrush tattoo, twist up a balloon creation, and snap photos with your favourite characters. There will be free samples to enjoy while you explore, plus plenty more surprises throughout the afternoon.
