The R.E.A.D. with the RCMP program in Strathcona County is an interactive library event where local RCMP officers read stories to children, often followed by themed crafts. These sessions aim to foster positive relationships between police and youth, featuring officers like Constable Cheri-Lee Smith in engaging, community-focused morning sessions.
