Come celebrate the opening of the new Soraya Hafez Community Playground! This family-friendly celebration is open to everyone, so bring the kids and join your neighbours for a fun afternoon outdoors.
Opening speeches and a ribbon cutting will kick things off near the playground, with the Soraya Hafez Community Playground Committee, City Councillor Aaron Paquette, and other officials on hand to mark the occasion.
Hungry? Two food trucks will be on site with treats and meals to purchase: Big Wayne's Mini Treats for mini donuts and snacks, and Takopo Food Truck for rice bowls, spring rolls, tempura, and boba slush.
There will be family-friendly tunes throughout the celebration, courtesy of Kevin at Party Nation Entertainment.
