Bring the kids out for a hands-on morning (well, afternoon!) with big trucks at the Salvation Army St. Albert's annual Touch a Truck event. Kids and families are invited to get up close with police cars, fire trucks, and more — a favourite for little vehicle lovers.
Beyond the trucks, there will be games and a BBQ to keep everyone fed and entertained throughout the afternoon.
This free community event also kicks off donations for the Salvation Army's Christmas Toy Store, which provides toys for local kids and families during the holidays. If you'd like to support the cause, feel free to bring an unwrapped new toy — though it's completely optional.
