2026 Edmonton Fairs, Mall Carnivals and Midways
2026 Edmonton Midway and Fair season is here! It’s hard to match the excitement that you felt as a child, driving by the local Midway at the mall – and those screams when you stop at a 2025 Edmonton Midway and Carnivals for the first time of the season?
It’s exactly the same as you’ll remember when you drive by (and then stop!) with your own kids. Unlimited wristbands and rides, delicious carnival food, and that lemonade – those memories are what childhood is made for.

Visiting the Midway? Here are some of our favourite tips for a family day out at the fair.
Every year, we have an annual tradition to get out of town and visit the Vegreville Fair with our kids. It’s a chance for the kids to wander free, enjoy the fair rides and food. Out of town fairs often give you the best bang for your buck, but you can still expect a day out at a midway in Edmonton to be a splurge. Find the best Out of town Carnivals and Midways.
To reduce the costs of the day out at the Midway, you can purchase a ride all day bracelet. Usually priced around $30-40, these bracelets give kids (and adults) to ride as many times as they want during the day. Watch for time restrictions, to get the best bang for your buck.
Bring your own snacks, drinks, and water, to reduce the cost of the day out at the Midway!
