Forest Heights School
Introduction to Forest Heights School Playground
Some playgrounds have a signature feature. This one has about a dozen. Opened in September 2023 after years of community fundraising, the Forest Heights schoolyard packs more variety into one space than almost any playground in Edmonton — three bright slides off the main structure, an obstacle course running out to a big rope climber, and a scattered collection of spinners, bouncers and diggers that kids discover one by one.
