Glow Edmonton 2026: The Magic Toy Shop
Glow, Edmonton’s indoor Christmas light festival, runs December 3 to 31 at the Edmonton EXPO Centre. The Magic Toy Shop is open daily through the holiday - except for Christmas Day.
Glow Edmonton Indoor Christmas Light Festival
At Glow Edmonton, more than a million lights fill the EXPO Centre. This year’s walk-through follows Fox and Bunny, who peek through the keyhole of a toy shop and are transformed into wind-up toys. The path winds past oversized toys and glowing displays toward the Toymaker’s secret workshop on an adventure for the whole family.
New this year is Glow Putt A-Round, a nine-hole mini golf course. The Jolly Kids Zone is now three times bigger. It has a giant play park, a Bouncy Moose pit, an interactive hopscotch path, a Christmas movie corner and a separate toddler area with ball pits. Kids can also meet Santa, princesses and other characters, ride the Glow Train and try the Santa’s Sleigh VR ride.
At Santa’s Secret Gift Shop, kids can shop on their own and choose a surprise gift for someone they love and get it wrapped to go under the tree. The shop is open until December 24, with timeslots that can be booked ahead of time.

Glow Edmonton 2026: The Magic Toy Shop Special Events
Glow Without Limits is a sensory-friendly morning on Saturday, December 12, from 9:30 a.m. to noon. It has smaller crowds, lower sound levels and a calmer setting, and capacity is limited. For a night out without the kids, Glow After Dark is an adults-only (18+) evening on Saturday, November 28, from 6 to 11 p.m.
