Concordia University of Edmonton is lighting up its historic Magrath Campus for Halloween, and the whole community is invited. Stroll the illuminated paths at your own pace past Halloween decorations, glowing autumn lights and spooky photo backdrops, all set against the grand old estate on Ada Boulevard.
It's more atmosphere than scare, which makes it an easy evening outing with little ones. Shorter weeknight walks fit nicely before bedtime. On Halloween night, bring a trick-or-treat bag. Treat stations are set up along the lit trail, so it's a fun first stop before heading out in your own neighbourhood.
Best of all, it's completely FREE. Donations are collected on-site for CUE Cupboard, the university's student food bank.

Parking: Limited street parking, so walking, cycling or transit is a good bet
