River Lifestyle Co Tubing Devon (Updated for 2026)
Floating the North Saskatchewan River in Devon with River Lifestyle Co is one of the easiest “no-stress” river days near Edmonton. It’s a guided, shuttle-based tubing setup that launches from Voyageur Park and takes you through a scenic stretch of river valley before finishing near local campgrounds with transport back.
It’s designed for families - everything from tubes to life jackets and the shuttle is handled for you, so you’re not juggling logistics while wrangling kids and snacks.

Know Before You Go: River Lifestyle Tubing
Book ahead online – Summer spots go quickly, especially weekends and sunny days.
Know your float options –short float or long float options available. The short float is a favourite for families floating with younger children or those who want a quick on the water experience.
Check age rules – Younger kids can ride, but some ages must be tethered to an adult tube for safety.
Shuttle system is included – You start in Devon and are transported upstream or back depending on your route.
Plan for a half-day outing – Even the short float takes time with check-in, gear, and shuttle timing.
Wear proper footwear – Water shoes or secure sandals only; nothing loose or easy to lose.
Leave valuables behind – Phones, keys, and anything sentimental should stay dry-packed or at home.
Expect scheduled start times – Reservation time slots can be booked daily at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. for long floats - short floats run in the afternoon only.
Parking fees - Introduced in 2025, there are parking fees at Voyageur Park on the weekends
Waivers required – Adults must sign, and minors need guardian consent before going on the river.

How Booking Works
Reserve your float online through River Lifestyle Co. There, you can pick the short or the long time slot. Arrive to check in and find the trailer to receive your life jacket, tube and safety briefing. Then, you’ll hop on the shuttle to the launch point, float downstream towards the pick up area and shuttle return when you’ve finished your float.
