RiverWatch Summer EcoCamps – River Adventure & Science Camp
RiverWatch Summer Camps are unforgettable 5-day, Monday to Friday summer day camps where youth float local rivers, explore the outdoors, and experience hands-on environmental science with certified RiverWatch guides. Designed for families looking for more than a typical summer camp, RiverWatch Summer Camps offer a safe, trusted, small-group adventure that builds confidence, curiosity, and a deeper connection to nature. With only 30 spots available each week, campers receive a personal, high-quality experience—and spaces are expected to fill quickly.

Each day features a different outdoor discovery and adventure based theme
Complete activities like: investigate water quality, identify wildlife, study insects and plants, explore river ecology, learn about invasive species, or uncover how the city and river are connected through engineering and environmental science.
On the water, campers will paddle together, solve challenges, and develop teamwork skills in a supportive small-group setting
Discover hidden shorelines, observe nature up close, and experience parts of Edmonton most people never get to see.
