Girls on Fire was built specifically for that reality. It's a full day designed to help girls step back from all that noise and figure out who they are - away from all that pressure to fit in

What’s up at the Conference

High-energy workshops, real conversations, and positive female mentors. The day covers everything from building genuine self-confidence and healthy friendships to practical stuff like recognizing bullying, managing anxiety, staying safe online. Girls were even learn and even basic self-defence. It's not a lecture. It's interactive, it's fun, and it's built to actually stick with them.

The Experience Designed to Lift Each Other Up

The core message of the conference is that girls don't need to compete with each other to feel good about themselves. They can lift each other up instead. Founder Theresa Stanley puts it perfectly, saying confidence isn't about being the loudest person in the room, it's about knowing who you are and having the courage to stand up for yourself and others.
