Watch These $3.99 Movies at Cineplex in Edmonton in January

Family Favourites are returning to your local Cineplex Theatre on Saturday, January 10, 2026. That means your weekend plans for the whole gang just got easier! The Cineplex Family Favourites program runs movies Saturdays, for only $3.99 plus applicable taxes (in-theatre price), making it easier than ever to bring the kids to the movies, on the cheap.

Remember, if you are booking online, there is an additional booking fee. You can avoid this by popping into the theatre and booking our tickets for the Cineplex Family Favourites movie, or become a member of Cineclub. CineClub members get their online booking fees waived, a major perk on top of a free monthly ticket and concession discounts, saving you the standard $1.50 per ticket fee.

  Family Favourites programming is available on select Saturdays at participating locations. Films subject to change. Special Family Favourites programming may take place on days other than Saturday. If purchased online, tickets are $3.99 for CineClub members (booking fee waived), $4.99 for Scene+ members ($3.99 + $1.00 online booking fee), or $5.49 for all other online purchases ($3.99 + $1.50 online booking fee). Online booking fee allows for advanced seat selection and sharable digital tickets, and applies to the first 4 tickets purchased in a transaction. All prices are + tax.
