Homes by Avi is welcoming families to the Élan community in West Beaumont for a fall afternoon with something for every age.
Bring a donation for the Food Bank and take home a free pumpkin. Kids can get their faces painted and climb aboard a horse-drawn carriage ride, and there's live music while you wander. Gaetano's Pizza will have its food truck on site, and Sea Change Brewing is pouring non-alcoholic samples.
The new show homes, including The Jefferson and The Sasha, are open to tour, so you can pop inside for some design inspiration between pumpkin picks and pizza.
