Harvest Fest at St. Alberta Grain Elevator

  • 4 Meadowview Drive St. Albert, Alberta, T8N 2R9 Canada (map)

The Heritage Harvest Fest hits St. Albert's Historic River Lots + Grain Elevators on September 13 from 11 am to 4 pm, and it's completely free.

Families can wander through the historic homes and grain elevators, then dive into a full slate of harvest-themed activities: a petting zoo, face painting, heritage games, and live entertainment throughout the day.

There's also a trio of drop-in sampler classes for anyone who wants to get hands-on — decorative pinwheels, Métis floral beading, and pressed flower compositions.

The event is supported by the Government of Alberta, and it kicks off a broader run of free Alberta Culture Days programming, with more drop-in sessions at the Art Gallery of St. Albert on September 20, 25, and 28 (pre-registration required for those).

Note: since this is a free, no-ticket event, I left out the standalone "Tickets" closer — let me know if you'd rather I add a line linking to the pre-registration page for the Sept 20/25/28 sessions instead.
