Got a closet full of last year's dinosaurs and pirates? Bring them to the Laurier Heights Community League's Halloween Costume Swap and leave with something new-to-you instead.

Inspired by Buy Nothing groups, the swap is free and open to everyone. Kids', adult and even pet costumes are welcome, so the whole household can find something before trick-or-treating.

Can't make it on the day to drop off? Early costume drop-off runs Saturday, October 3 from 7 to 8 pm at the hall, or you can email events@lhcl.ca to arrange another time.

The community league is also looking for a few volunteers to help set up and run the swap. Check the link in their Instagram bio if your family wants to lend a hand.
