Little hands can get squishy and creative at this free Kids Club session at Michaels, where kids sculpt their own holiday figurines out of air-dry clay.

There’s a featured project to follow step by step, or kids can ignore the instructions and invent a character of their own. Either way, there’s no kiln or oven involved, because the clay hardens on its own at home.

This one’s open to ages 4 and up, which makes it a nice option for younger siblings who are too little for the other workshops.
