Cineplex Community Day is back for its 14th year, and it’s one of the easiest family outings of the season. Participating theatres are screening The Lego Movie, Paddington 2, A Minecraft Movie and Tom & Jerry for free on Saturday morning.

Popcorn, drinks and select candy are $3 plus tax until 11 a.m. Kids can also pick up a free 30-minute XSCAPE playcard, and The Rec Room is handing out free one-hour game bands.

Tickets are only available at the theatre, first come, first served, so arrive early to get seats. Cineplex will donate $1 from every snack and game purchase that day to BGC Canada.
